Skill Improve
SkillSkill
One targeted fix to eliminate the friction from your last skill session.
About
Skills drift. After every session where something took more iterations than it should have, Skill Improve audits the conversation, classifies the friction, and makes one targeted edit to the SKILL.md — the highest-value change only, nothing more.
What it does:
- Scans the session for unnecessary reads, wrong assumptions, missing preconditions, and retry loops
- Ranks friction points by how many tool calls they wasted
- Proposes a single fix with the problem, the change, and the expected savings
- Waits for sign-off before touching anything
- Applies the minimal edit — no refactoring, no scope creep
Who it is for: Anyone building or iterating on Claude Code skills who wants a tighter feedback loop between sessions.
Pairs with any skill in your stack. Run it after the session, not during.
