Weekly 1:1 Prep is an OpenClaw skill that builds a focused five-section agenda before every direct report meeting. It reads the per-report log, surfaces stale open items, parses your week's notes for wins and blockers, and picks the next growth prompt from a curated 10-item rotation — so each session surfaces a different development conversation.

What it does

• Maintains a per-report markdown log at ~/.openclaw/1on1-logs/ — one file per direct report, one dated block per session
• Flags open items older than 14 days before every meeting so commitments don't silently die in the calendar
• Parses freeform notes from the past week and sorts them into wins, blockers, and asks
• Rotates through a 10-prompt growth and feedback bank so you're never asking the same question twice in a row
• Logs each session's action items after the meeting with a single command

What's in the package

All files listed below are bundled as fenced code blocks inside SKILL.md — there's no separate folder to install. Copy each code block into its own file using the path shown above it.

• SKILL.md — the full workflow your agent follows, including how it runs scripts and handles the log state.
• scripts/build_agenda.py — reads the log + optional notes and outputs a 5-section markdown agenda. stdlib only.
• scripts/track_followups.py — appends commitments to the log after each meeting and flags stale items. stdlib only.
• scripts/examples/ — sample log file, action items input, and expected agenda output so you can verify on install.

How it ships

Drop SKILL.md into ~/.openclaw/skills/weekly-1-1-prep/. Restart OpenClaw. Run /weekly-1-1-prep or say "prep my 1:1 with [name]" — your agent picks it up.

Pairs well with Reagan (executive assistant persona) for full people-management cadence integration.
