Salary Negotiation Coach is an OpenClaw skill that walks you through a job offer end to end: calculates your total comp delta versus market (base, bonus, equity vesting schedule, signing, benefits), builds a negotiation brief with your BATNA and ZOPA, drafts a counter-offer email anchored to percentile data, and runs an interactive recruiter rehearsal so you stop flinching at pushback.
This is a done-for-you system, not a prompt. Three scripts and a reference comp band dataset replace the spreadsheet you'd otherwise build from scratch the night before the deadline.
