PR Scoper is a single-file OpenClaw skill that looks at a sprawling branch and proposes a split into small, self-contained PRs that each pass tests and review in under fifteen minutes. Drop the SKILL.md into your ~/.openclaw/skills/pr-scoper/ folder, restart, and your assistant gains a PR scoper that produces small, mergeable units of work.
What it does
- Proposes 2–4 self-contained PRs, each reviewable in under 15 minutes
- Enforces hard rules: migrations get their own PR, refactors stay separate from features
- Names the merge order and flags dependencies between PRs
- Writes a one-sentence "why this is safe to merge alone" for each PR
- Calls out test-only changes when they're worth their own PR
