Inbox Triage is a single-file OpenClaw skill that scans the messages waiting for you, sorts them by what genuinely needs a reply, and tells you which threads have been waiting too long. Drop the SKILL.md into your ~/.openclaw/skills/inbox-triage/ folder, restart, and your assistant gains an inbox triage that respects your time.

What it does

• Sorts recent messages into Needs reply today, Needs reply this week, FYI, and Archive
• Flags any thread where you haven't replied in 72+ hours and someone is waiting
• Returns one clean line per message — sender, subject, and the urgency signal
• Defaults to the last 48 hours, extends to 7 days if you've been heads-down
• Skips empty buckets so you only see what matters

How it ships

A single SKILL.md. No zip, no setup chat. Place it in your skills folder, restart OpenClaw, and run /inbox-triage (or just describe what you want — your agent will pick it up).
