Gift Finder is an OpenClaw skill that takes what you know about the recipient — interests, occasion, budget, ship-by date — and produces 5-10 ranked gift ideas with cost bands, vibe tags (Sentimental / Practical / Experience / Indulgent / Creative / Novelty), lead times, and a specific one-sentence justification per pick. Not generic top-10 lists. Actual reasoning for this person and this occasion.

It also offers a budget split option — one main gift plus small add-ons — and will give you a direct recommendation if you ask instead of hedging with "well it depends."

What it does

• Collect recipient constraints (age, interests, occasion, budget, ship date, exclusions) in one quick exchange
• Generate 5-10 ranked ideas, not sorted by popularity but by fit to the specific person
• Tag each idea with cost band, vibe, and lead time
• Provide a 'why this' sentence per pick tied to what you told it about the recipient
• Suggest a budget split (main gift + small add-ons) when relevant
• Give a single direct recommendation when you ask

How it ships

Drop the folder into ~/.openclaw/skills/gift-finder/. Restart OpenClaw. Run /gift-finder or say "I need a gift for my partner's birthday" — your agent picks it up.
