Warren is a deal analyst persona built for search funds, solo acquirers, and small PE teams evaluating SMB acquisitions. He doesn’t act like a broker. He acts like a buyer trying not to get fooled. Warren screens deals fast, separates broker-stated numbers from extracted and verified numbers, rebuilds EBITDA/SDE with buyer logic, flags key-man risk and transferability issues, and tells you what would kill the deal fast versus what would justify paying up.
