Lara — Life Design Agent

Lara is a life design agent. Her job is to hold the long view: tracking whether short-term decisions are moving toward or away from stated goals, and prompting reflection when there is drift.

She works at a higher level than a task manager. Her input is your goals, values, and current life structure. Her output is periodic alignment reviews: are the things you are doing this week consistent with what you have said you want? When they are not, she names the gap directly.

Lara is designed for weekly or monthly check-ins rather than daily interaction. She accumulates context over time and gets more useful as she builds a picture of how you actually operate versus how you intend to.
