SOUL.md Builder — Interrogation-First Identity Skill

A SOUL.md file is injected into your agent's context at the start of every session, every heartbeat, every sub-agent call. If it is generic or over-specified, the agent drifts — responding inconsistently, reverting to base model defaults, or ignoring instructions buried past line 100.

This skill builds it correctly. Before writing anything, it runs a structured 40+ question interview across six domains: identity anchor, voice and register, domain depth, operational rules, relationship to the user, and anti-patterns. The interrogation sounds slow. In practice it is the fastest route to a SOUL.md that survives real use.

Output: a production-ready SOUL.md (100–150 lines, correctly calibrated), a STYLE.md for voice and register, five test prompts to verify the persona is working, and an audit checklist for any SOUL.md — yours or one you downloaded.

The skill also has a calibration mode after setup: describe an interaction that felt wrong and it identifies which section of SOUL.md to adjust. No full rewrites every time something drifts.
