Binary prediction markets have a fundamental property: one side always pays $1.00 at settlement. If you can buy YES at $0.47 and NO at $0.48, you have spent $0.95 and are guaranteed $1.00. That is a 5.3% return in 5 minutes.
This bot watches every active market every 500ms. When the combined YES + NO ask drops below a threshold, it posts GTC limit orders on both sides as a maker (zero taker fees, potential rebates) and manages the full order lifecycle through to settlement.
Includes the order lifecycle state machine, one-leg fill risk management, settlement buffer logic, and HMAC authentication for order management endpoints that the SDK does not cover.
Core Capabilities
- Spread detection engine: scans all active markets every 500ms for YES_ask + NO_ask < threshold
- GTC maker strategy: posts below best ask for zero taker fees and potential rebates — the entire edge disappears with FOK taker orders
- Order lifecycle state machine: PENDING to BOTH_FILLED (guaranteed profit) or ONE_FILLED (managed directional exposure) or NO_FILL (cancelled)
- One-leg risk management: configurable timeout for second leg, automatic cancellation, loss estimation
- Settlement buffer: never posts GTC orders in last 15 seconds of a window — prevents post-resolution fills
- HMAC-SHA256 L2 authentication for cancel and status endpoints (SDK handles creation but not management)
- Configurable parameters: spread threshold, maker offset, size per side, concurrent pair limit, balance floor
- Multi-bot wallet awareness: halts if shared balance drops below minimum
