Gateway Observability Pack — tmux dashboards for OpenClaw + Hermes
SkillSkill
Two tmux dashboards that give you real-time visibility into your OpenClaw gateway, agents, sessions, and system health.
About
Gateway Observability Pack
Built from production use — two tmux dashboards that turn a bare terminal into a live operations center for your OpenClaw and Hermes gateway stack.
What you get
Log Dashboard (ocobs-tmuxlogs)
4 panes: gateway journal, Hermes file logs, OpenClaw sessions, Hermes sessions. Color-coded, noise-filtered, auto-following.
System Monitor (ocobs-sysmon)
4 panes: multi-agent chatter merge, vmstat/IO, CPU stats, gateway health. Threshold-based alerting with configurable thresholds.
Features
- Noise suppression — filters out health-monitor pings, session list spam, and plugin noise so you see what matters
- Multi-agent transcript merge — one pane shows interleaved output from all your agents (OpenClaw + Hermes), newest-first with per-agent fairness
- Session auto-follow — automatically tracks the latest session file, switches when a new one starts
- Color-coded everything — errors red, warnings yellow, spawn/subagent events cyan, agent chatter dimmed, announcements green
- Configurable thresholds — memory, PSI, load, vmstat — all tuneable via environment variables
- Platform notes — works out of the box on Linux + systemd; Docker and macOS adaptation guides included
