9 legendary mental models applied to your actual business decisions.
About
What would Buffett think of your pricing? What would Thiel say about your moat?
This skill applies 9 named mental models from the world's best investors and operators to any real business decision you're working through — pricing, hiring, positioning, product bets, partnerships, go-to-market. Not theory. Applied to your actual situation.
Here's a sample output snippet (Buffett's Circle of Competence lens):
Decision: "Should we expand into enterprise before proving SMB?"
Buffett — Circle of Competence: You've closed 3 SMB deals in 90 days. You have zero enterprise sales motion. Enterprise has longer cycles, more stakeholders, procurement, and security reviews — none of which you've learned yet.
Verdict: No. Prove SMB repeatability to 10 customers first. Map what enterprise specifically requires, then decide if you want to pay the learning cost.
"Risk comes from not knowing what you're doing."
That's one lens. You get 9, then a synthesis.
You get:
- 9 mental model lenses: Buffett (Circle of Competence), Munger (Inversion), Bezos (Regret Minimization), Thiel (Contrarian Question), Jobs (Simplicity), Musk (First Principles), Horowitz (Peacetime/Wartime CEO), Helmer (7 Powers), Dalio (Pain + Reflection)
- Each lens applied to your specific decision with a clear verdict — not "consider both sides"
- Cross-lens synthesis: where the models agree, where they diverge, and why that matters
- Final recommendation with highest-conviction reasoning surfaced
- Works on any decision: pricing, hiring, positioning, product, fundraising, partnerships
- Re-run protocol: bring the same decision back 30 days later to see what changed

Sharp framework for tracking what actually matters as a solo founder

5.0Not what I expected. Went in thinking it'd be another use-AI-for-your-to-do-list thing. Instead it's a coherent system for maintaining situational awareness across product, revenue, and ops without getting lost in the noise. The signal/noise filtering approach is genuinely useful — the framework for deciding what warrants a deep-dive vs what's just ambient monitoring is something I reference weekly now. Solid work.
