Echo is a buyer-controlled AI CEO agent foundation for Hermes Agent users who want an executive persona, reliable session handoffs, and optional business workflows. It adds the persona only when the buyer has no existing SOUL.md, installs the pinned session startup and closeout components, and stages optional skills and cron templates outside active discovery.

Owners keep final authority. Existing persona bytes are preserved, optional assets stay inactive until reviewed, and the cron registry is left alone. Dry runs, verification, backups, rollback, and ownership-aware removal give buyers a clear path in and out.

This AI executive agent foundation supports Hermes Agent with Bash and Python 3.11 or later. It is not a legal principal, does not make financial decisions for the buyer, and does not remove the need for human judgment or accountability.
