Dead Reckoning Agent Framework

A formal agent framework built from 24 days of running 20 agents in production. Every agent ships with states.json (state machine with timeouts), ontology.json (what the agent can perceive), and SOUL.md (voice + identity). Ontology defines the entropy surface boundary. State machine defines traversal. Events bridge both files. Tested winner: claude-haiku-4-5 scored 9.3/10 on the dead-reckoning-agent template. Includes generator that creates custom agents from the Leverage Concierge intake questions.
