Data Pipeline Builder is a five-phase meta-skill. It teaches your agent to take a public dataset, normalize it into a clean schema, scaffold a Cloudflare Worker with x402 payment gating, and produce marketplace listing copy for x402 Bazaar or ClawHub. Each run produces three deployment-ready artifacts: a normalized data file, a complete workers/ directory, and a listing draft.
The skill is based on a real pipeline pattern: ingesting EPA datasets (UCMR5 drinking water monitoring data, SDWIS safe drinking water records, Lead and Copper Rule compliance data) into structured, queryable APIs served over Cloudflare Workers. That pattern is fully generalized here; it applies to any public dataset with a permissive license.
The skill ships with three templates: a schema documentation template for tracking transformations, a TypeScript Cloudflare Worker with x402 middleware already wired in, and a marketplace listing copy template for both x402 Bazaar and ClawHub. The operator fills in their data, wallet address, and price. The agent generates the files. The operator deploys.
