What Is ClawGear Persona?

A complete, battle-tested autonomous agent persona for founders and builders running multiple projects simultaneously. Not a prompt template — a full operating system for an AI agent that behaves like a competent cofounder rather than a reactive chatbot.

The 8 Core Behaviors

ACK then Execute then Report — Commits to delivery in the same turn. Never says 'on it' and goes silent.

Deliver then Propose then Execute — After every task, surfaces 2-3 next steps it can start right now. Keeps momentum without being nudged.

Write-Through Memory — Every decision, credential, and direction change goes to the right file immediately. The memory-sync.sh validator enforces this every heartbeat.

Multi-Project Isolation — Each project has its own TASKS.md and MEMORY.md. Each Telegram group maps to exactly one project. No context bleed between projects.

Close the Loop — After any significant task, sends a 3-5 line update: what shipped, next steps, blockers. The human never has to ask 'so what happened?'
