Agent Handoff Pack — five agent roles and the handoff contracts they have to satisfy

Handoffs are where multi-agent work actually breaks. Not the model, not the prompt — the moment one role hands work to the next and nobody defined what "done" means.

The Agent Handoff Pack is that slice of our Agent Company Kit, on its own: the roster and the contracts.

What's inside

• roster/ — five role definitions, ready to use: orchestrator, scout, analyst, builder, auditor — each with its job, its inputs, its outputs and what it may not do;
• contracts.py — the handoff contract per role, as data you can edit: the fields a handoff must carry, the checks that must pass;
• validate.py — takes a handoff (a small JSON/YAML document, or a markdown note with the required fields) and tells you which contract clause it breaks;
• a short README: how to use the roles with any board you already have, and how the contracts map onto our kit.

Requirements: Python 3.8+, standard library only. No API key, no account, no network.

Honest scope note: this is the roster-and-contracts slice. It does not include the task board + dispatcher, the cost meter or the offline demo — those live in the full Agent Company Kit ($49, same shelf).
