Changelog Generator

Run it against any git repo. It reads commit history, categorizes changes into features, bug fixes, breaking changes, deprecations, and security updates, then outputs a properly formatted changelog.

Follows the Keep a Changelog spec (keepachangelog.com). Handles conventional commits natively, and falls back to heuristic categorization when commit messages are messier. You can specify a version range, a date range, or just pull the full history.

Good for shipping releases without spending 20 minutes reading through git log. Also useful for auto-generating release notes in CI pipelines.
