Artifact Recovery Ledger -- Prove What You Found

Artifact Recovery Ledger reconstructs a trustworthy project set from repositories, exports, archives, worktrees, and handoff folders. It records where each candidate came from, hashes it before making duplicate claims, inspects project history and content, and keeps conflicting versions visible until the evidence supports a choice.

What you get

• A read-only candidate inventory with path, size, date, source, and access state
• SHA-backed duplicate detection that does not confuse live checkouts with disposable copies
• Canonical, candidate, superseded, conflicting, unavailable, and unrelated classifications
• A recovery manifest explaining every selected destination and the reason for it
• Checksum verification for the recovered set
• Explicit UNAVAILABLE records showing what was expected and where it was searched for

This skill never deletes sources, overwrites conflicting artifacts, or treats filenames and timestamps as proof. It preserves ownership boundaries: recovering a client artifact does not create redistribution rights.
