Production-tested orchestration system for running massive parallel sub-agent swarms. Includes a Node.js orchestrator with automatic state tracking, batch spawning (10-15 concurrent), timeout-based stuck detection, auto-respawn with retry logic, quality gates, and a monitor script for heartbeat integration. Built and battle-tested on a 138-agent overnight validation run. Includes the critical Two-Pass Pattern (pilot 10 → review → scale) that prevents the 85% concept drift we learned the hard way, plus advanced patterns for post-processing, drift analysis, cost estimation, and circuit breakers.
