X Engage — AI Reply Engine

X Engage is an AI-powered engagement engine for X (Twitter). It runs on a schedule, finds relevant conversations across four sources, and replies in your configured voice using DeepSeek.

Built and battle-tested at @MarcoGTMAI — running every 2 hours.

Four engagement sources, in priority order: → Replies to your own tweets (they engaged first — always reply) → Direct mentions (always reply) → New followers' latest tweets (engage when they follow you) → Cold keyword search (configurable queries, unlocks after account age threshold)

DeepSeek generates contextual replies from your configured agent description. Irrelevant tweets get a SKIP — no generic spam. Max replies per run is configurable. State-tracked — never double-replies.

Setup is 3 steps: install tweepy + openai, add x_api.json credentials, copy the example config and fill in your handle, user ID, DeepSeek key, and voice description. Then run or schedule.
