Step 3: Targeted interview — asks only the questions that extract substance (not preferences or logistics). Proposes answers for each question so the user confirms or tweaks rather than generating from scratch.

Step 4: Brief and build — synthesizes everything into a full brief, then hands off to the appropriate creation skill or builds directly.
