Hive Doctrine Operator Kit

The Hive Doctrine Operator Kit is the connective tissue for running a coordinated multi-agent business: the shared files and protocols that let individual agents operate as a system rather than in isolation.

What is included: the shared CONTEXT.md that agents read for current business state, the TASKS.md coordination file for cross-agent task visibility, the KV inbox routing configuration, the orchestrator SOUL.md (the L1 agent that routes requests to the correct L2 manager), full agent tier documentation (L1/L2/L3/L4 hierarchy), and a deployment checklist for standing up the full system.

This kit assumes you already have individual agent configs from the persona packs or the Hive Doctrine Foundation. It is the layer that connects them, not a replacement for them. Without it, you have agents that each work independently but do not coordinate or share context.

Best for operators who want to run a coordinated multi-agent system and have the individual agent configs in place.
