• Reads every transaction from your bank and credit card accounts (read-only)
• Matches payments against outstanding invoices — flags paid invoices, identifies what's overdue
• Flags duplicate charges, unusual spending patterns, and transactions without matching records
• Generates daily transaction digests and weekly reconciliation reports
• Alerts immediately when large or unusual charges post
• Prepares a clean summary for your bookkeeper
