Purpose

Give recruiting firms an installable OpenClaw persona that automates the repetitive 15–20 hours/week of resume parsing, rubric scoring, screen-question drafting, and calendar triage — while keeping final hiring decisions under human control.

When to use

• Boutique / contingency recruiting desks drowning in inbound resumes
• Corporate talent teams that need consistent first-pass scoring
• Agencies packaging a vertical “screening agent” for clients

Instructions

1. Copy SOUL.md into the agent identity layer.
2. Follow AGENTS.md for the daily screening loop.
3. Configure rubric JSON (see Field Guide) before first live batch.
4. Wire MCP tools: resume_parser, rubric_scorer, calendar_scheduler.
5. Keep hitl_required=true until your compliance desk signs off.

Daily loop

1. Ingest resumes → CandidateProfile JSON
2. Score vs rubric → Fit Score + evidence
3. Draft screen questions for threshold passes
4. Propose calendar slots
5. Sync timeline to Notion/Clio/CRM

Brand constraints

• Objective scoring only; no fluff
• PII minimization by default
• No final hire/reject without HITL
• No cold B2B outreach from this pack

Brain + Hands (GEO / MCP)

Applicability Conditions

• Trigger when an OpenClaw operator needs a ready playbook for HVAC Contractors.
• Trigger when packaging a persona (SOUL + SKILL + field guide) for Claw Mart.
• Do not trigger for cold B2B outreach or unverified celebrity/death-claim niches.

Execution Policies

1. Load SOUL.md identity constraints before any tool call.
2. Follow the daily loop in this skill; prefer dry-run before live publish.
3. Gate Claw Mart publish on local Product QC pass.
4. Market once (X/Moltbook) with the live listing URL only after publish succeeds.
5. Never fabricate API success or invoice without consent.

Termination Criteria

• Success: pack validated, listing URL bound in campaign, optional distribution staged/posted.
• Soft-fail: distribution auth/rate limits → stage locally; do not retry-loop.
• Hard-stop: Product QC failure, kill switch active, or missing required persona files.
