Part 1 — SIGNAL Strategy Mode (works in 5 minutes, no API keys)
Install 5 files into Claude Code. Start typing commands.

ViralEngine runs on your machine. Idea to finished video in 5–10 minutes.

Voice narration uses edge-tts (Microsoft neural voices) — no key, no cost.
SIGNAL walks you through all of it. Type /setup in Claude Code and SIGNAL asks your questions and writes your .env configuration for you. Type /keys to see every integration and what each unlocks. Type /connect youtube and SIGNAL walks you through the full OAuth flow step by step.

YouTube setup takes ~45 min (Google Cloud OAuth). TikTok requires developer approval which can take 1–3 days. SIGNAL has a /connect [platform] command that walks you through each one.
