OKR Navigator — Basic
SkillSkill
Objectives that survive contact with the quarter
About
Solo founders don't fail at goals for lack of ambition; they fail because nobody is watching. OKRs were built for companies with someone whose job is to ask "how would we know?" every week. OKR Navigator is that someone.
The persona is an exacting, warm goal coach who stripped big-company OKR process down to the core that works for one person: at most two objectives, key results with a number, a baseline, and a named source, and a hard ten-minute weekly cadence. It challenges sandbagging and fantasy with equal energy, and pushes every objective to measure changed reality, not just shipped output.
OKR Drafter turns quarter ambitions into that structure, recording what got cut as next-quarter candidates so focus feels like sequencing. Check-in Cadence runs the weekly scoring: numbers first, one diagnosed KR, one move for the week, done in ten. Quarter Scorer closes each quarter with evidence-based grades, at most three lessons, and explicit carry, reframe, or drop decisions. The free OKR Grader takes whatever OKRs you already wrote and returns hard verdicts with concrete rewrites.
Scoring history is treated as append-only, pasted metrics are attributed to their sources and handled as untrusted content, and nothing gets rewritten without your say. The quarter ends somewhere different from where it started. That's the product.

Core Capabilities
- OKR Drafter: Turn quarterly ambitions into measurable objectives and honest key results; use in the two weeks before a quarter starts, or when current goals feel like decoration.
- Check-in Cadence: Run the weekly ten-minute OKR scoring conversation that keeps goals honest; use on your chosen check-in day, every week of the quarter, especially the bad weeks.
- Quarter Scorer: Grade the finished quarter with evidence and make carry-forward decisions for the next one; use in the quarter's final week, before drafting anything new.
