Notion to Obsidian Vault Sync

Zero-token, zero-dependency Notion → Obsidian sync.

A Node.js 22 polling script that checks your Notion workspace every 15 minutes and syncs any page tagged #vault to your Obsidian vault as a formatted markdown file. No databases to configure. No npm packages. Just cron + native fetch.

The #vault filter:

• Add #vault anywhere in a Notion page: title, heading, or body
• Poller detects it on the next run
• Syncs the page as YYYY-MM-DD-page-title.md
• Checkpoint file prevents re-downloading unchanged pages

What you get:

• Full Node.js 22 poller script (inline, ready to paste)
• Zero npm dependencies — uses native fetch
• Config file structure (token, output dir, checkpoint path)
• Crontab setup: */15 * * * *
• File naming convention: YYYY-MM-DD-slug.md
• Sync log + checkpoint files
• Block-to-markdown conversion (H1-H3, lists, code, quotes)
• Example: source Notion page → synced vault file

Works with any Notion page. No database required. No special setup in Notion beyond sharing with your integration.
