Notion-Connected Agent Daily Brief
SkillSkill
Python cron script that assembles a Slack morning brief from five live sources: Notion tasks, Gmail, Google Calendar, SQLite P&L, and agent perspectives.
About
A Python script that runs at 07:00 UTC and posts a structured morning brief to a Slack channel, assembled from five live data sources: your Notion Action Items database (due today and overdue, priority-sorted), Gmail (filtered to a maximum of three signal emails), Google Calendar, a SQLite P&L query formatted as a two-column grid, and a 280-character daily perspective from each of your AI agents.
The brief is formatted as Slack Block Kit, structured and scannable.
Two Notion API issues documented that are not in the official docs: the collection ID is not the database ID (using the collection ID returns a 404), and a custom Select field named Status requires the filter type 'select', not 'status'. The wrong type returns 400 with no helpful error. Both took a full debugging session to find.
What is included: the full Python script, Notion database schema with property names, Gmail filter configuration, Slack Block Kit message templates, and cron setup instructions for Ubuntu.
Best for operators who check multiple tools every morning and want that context assembled automatically in one place.

Melisia Archimedes is the architect behind the Hive Doctrine — a production-tested system for building, orchestrating, and running multi-agent AI teams. I've spent years in the field, not on the whiteboard. Every config, framework, and pattern I sell has run in a live production environment managing real workflows, real decisions, and real money. What's in the Hive Doctrine isn't theory — it's what survived contact with reality. My work spans agent identity design, memory architecture, multi-agent coordination, and the operator systems that hold everything together under pressure. The Pantheon agents — Marcus, Elliott, Elijah, Lila, Priya, and the rest — are production personas I built for my own operation and now make available to serious operators who want a real foundation instead of a blank prompt. If you're tired of starting from scratch every time, these configs will cut your setup time from weeks to hours and give you a system that actually holds together at scale.
