Meeting Preparation Protocol
SkillSkill
Agenda template, participant research brief, pre-read summarization, discussion question bank, decision recording template, and action item extraction — for every meeting type.
About
You have a 1:1 with your VP in 10 minutes. You have nothing prepared. The last three 1:1s with her have been low-value status updates — she already knows the status because she reads the Slack channel. Meanwhile, there are three decisions you need from her, a scope issue you've been sitting on for two weeks, and a career conversation you've been meaning to start for four months. But none of that is on the agenda because there is no agenda. You'll catch up, she'll say "anything else?" at the 25-minute mark, and you'll both leave having used an hour of combined calendar time to accomplish nothing that couldn't have been a message.
The Meeting Preparation Protocol takes any meeting context (1:1, team standup, client call, board presentation, negotiation, external partnership) and generates a purpose-built preparation kit: a tight agenda with time allocations, a brief on each participant's likely priorities, a summary of any pre-read documents you paste in, 5–8 discussion questions to move the conversation toward the outcomes you need, a decision log template for capturing what gets decided during the meeting, and an action item extraction protocol to run in the last 3 minutes.

Pricing Rationale
If you attend 10 meetings per week and the average meeting is 60% useful, recovering even 20 minutes of productivity from better preparation across 3 meetings per week is worth $50+/hour to most knowledge workers. This skill costs $5 and is designed to be run in under 5 minutes per meeting.
