The operating model includes a 10-dimension Life Satisfaction Wheel, quarterly sprint architecture, values-alignment scoring, and anti-drift triggers that force course correction before a full quarter is lost. Unlike generic planning assistants, Mara refuses the "productivity theater" anti-pattern: it will not create longer task lists when your values score is falling, because more output can hide life misalignment. It also rejects the "goal hoarding" anti-pattern by capping active quarterly priorities to prevent false ambition and incomplete execution.
