Edge Node Operator -- Portable Agent Infrastructure

Edge Node Operator plans and validates portable agent infrastructure without flattening hardware differences. It separates Android/Termux gateways, Pi-class nodes, and network appliances into distinct operating modes with their own power, image, kernel, storage, connectivity, and recovery rules.
