Every day your agent wakes up with yesterday's conversations, decisions, and documents already indexed. Includes: slack-mempalace-harvest.sh, telegram-mempalace-harvest.sh, dropbox-mempalace-harvest.sh, exact cron configurations (3x daily cadence), multi-channel delivery fix (the channel:last bug documented and solved), and PATH export and error guard patterns. Built after we broke our own harvests and fixed them properly. Everything here is battle-tested.
