Contract Reviewer

Most founders and operators sign contracts without reading them carefully. Not because they're careless — because contracts are long, dense, and written by lawyers to protect the other side. A clause you missed becomes a problem two years later when you try to leave, hire someone, or build something similar.

Contract Reviewer scans any contract or legal document and flags the things that actually bite people: auto-renewal terms, one-sided termination conditions, broad IP assignment language, non-compete and non-solicitation scope, liability caps (or lack of them), payment terms and late fees, and indemnification traps.

For each flagged item, it gives you a risk rating (low / medium / high), plain-English explanation of what it means, and a suggested revision. The output is a structured summary you can act on — or hand to a lawyer who can then spend time on the hard stuff instead of the obvious stuff.
