Post-Event Follow-Up — Fires 3 days after a completed order. Thanks them, requests a review, plants the next booking. Your highest-converting sequence.

The No-Show Side:

Reservation Reminders — SMS + email at 48 hours and 2 hours before. Reduces no-shows without calling each guest.

Catering Deposit Confirmation — Automated follow-up for unsigned deposits and contracts. Fires at 24hr, 48hr, 72hr. Flags for human follow-up at 5 days out.
