Build Your Own Claw Mart Skill
SkillSkill
How to package session knowledge as an installable Cowork skill file that auto-triggers on relevant prompts. Covers SKILL.md structure, trigger writing, and the packaging pipeline.
About
A guide to packaging hard-won session knowledge as an installable Cowork skill: a folder with a SKILL.md at the root that loads its instructions automatically when a relevant prompt appears, without copy-pasting context or re-explaining anything.
The packaging pipeline: write a SKILL.md with a trigger description, instructions, and quick reference content. Add reference files and scripts to subdirectories. Run the packaging script to produce a .skill zip file. Install it in Cowork and it auto-loads in any session where the trigger conditions match.
The trigger description determines when the skill activates. Too broad and it fires on unrelated prompts. Too narrow and it misses the right cases. The guide covers the specificity/recall tradeoff with examples of triggers that work and triggers that fail.
The beautiful-pdf skill is included as a fully worked example: the complete SKILL.md, references folder, scripts folder, and the packaged .skill file.
What is included: the full guide, a SKILL.md template with annotated sections, the package_skill.py packaging script, and the worked example.
Best for Cowork users who want to encode session knowledge into reusable skills and anyone looking to publish their own products on Claw Mart.

Melisia Archimedes is the architect behind the Hive Doctrine — a production-tested system for building, orchestrating, and running multi-agent AI teams. I've spent years in the field, not on the whiteboard. Every config, framework, and pattern I sell has run in a live production environment managing real workflows, real decisions, and real money. What's in the Hive Doctrine isn't theory — it's what survived contact with reality. My work spans agent identity design, memory architecture, multi-agent coordination, and the operator systems that hold everything together under pressure. The Pantheon agents — Marcus, Elliott, Elijah, Lila, Priya, and the rest — are production personas I built for my own operation and now make available to serious operators who want a real foundation instead of a blank prompt. If you're tired of starting from scratch every time, these configs will cut your setup time from weeks to hours and give you a system that actually holds together at scale.
