AI Sales Outreach Sequence Writer is a lightweight Python utility that takes a CSV of leads and generates five personalized cold emails per lead using Gemini. Designed for agencies, founders, and local prospecting operators who need to stop drafting outbound from scratch.
You give it a CSV with lead fields like name, website, city, niche, and notes. After you add your own Gemini API key and sender details in config.json, it generates a 5-email outreach sequence for each lead and saves the result as a text file under emails/outreach/[lead_name].txt.
What it does:
- reads a CSV of leads
- uses Gemini 2.0 Flash via API
- builds exactly 5 emails per prospect
- personalizes using lead name, city, niche, website, phone, and notes when provided
- writes one output file per lead
What it does NOT do:
- it does not send emails
- it does not manage inboxes or reply handling
- it does not connect to a CRM out of the box
- it does not verify email deliverability
