Most AI agents are static. They perform the same way in session 100 as they did in session 1, because their identity and capability files never change. This framework closes that loop.
The system runs in three phases. Phase 1: structured session self-review with proposed adjustments. Phase 2: weekly pattern distillation producing specific proposed updates to SOUL.md, IDENTITY.md, or skill files. Phase 3: monthly compound learning identifying highest-leverage improvements.
Every change goes through an operator approval step before any file is updated. Also includes the self-diagnostic technique — the most useful prompt in the package — for diagnosing reasoning failures rather than just correcting outputs.
