This scorecard tracks system-level economics (revenue per visitor, EPC, conversion rate, ROI), cost tracking, profit calculation, risk dashboard (vendor concentration, attribution, fragility), and stage assessment (scale, hold, pause, or kill). Separates vanity metrics from real outcomes. Fill it in weekly or monthly. Three good periods is signal, one is noise.
